Our Staff have completed Environment Management System (EMS) training as part of an ongoing program associated with several of our clients. This Program ensures our staff is trained within a set of objectives and targets, providing a means for TDB to monitor and ensure all projects are completed to the highest Environmental Standards.

TDB utilizes the TRAXms information management system to manage our safety information and documentation. This system provides TDB and its staff online access to our occupational health and safety plan online, along with all of our training, orientation, standard operating procedures and necessary human resource information. In addition, TRAXms monitors certification, safety statistics, audit reporting and notifies managers of key safety requirements. TDB ensures the sustainability of our business and its continued safe employment of over 100 staff.
