TDB is committed to maintaining responsible stewardship of the environment throughout all of our operations and projects. Our Staff have completed Environment Management System (EMS) training as part of an ongoing program associated with several of our clients. This Program ensures our staff is trained within a set of objectives and targets, providing a means for TDB to monitor and ensure all projects are completed to the highest Environmental Standards.
At TDB we will:
- Meet and or exceed all legal environmental requirements
- Meet and or exceed all other environmental requirements stated by either TDB or clients
- Utilize low ground pressure equipment when possible to reduce environmental degradation
- Promote environmental awareness and management throughout our operations and projects
Safety
Safety is not a cost; It is a business objective for being successful.
TDB utilizes the TRAXms information management system to manage our safety information and documentation. This system provides TDB and its staff online access to our occupational health and safety plan online, along with all of our training, orientation, standard operating procedures and necessary human resource information. In addition, TRAXms monitors certification, safety statistics, audit reporting and notifies managers of key safety requirements. TDB ensures the sustainability of our business and its continued safe employment of over 100 staff. Safety is always top-of-mind at TDB and we are not afraid to invest tools to ensure all safety needs and requirements are met. TDB is:

Community
At TDB we believe strong partnerships create strong communities. This leads to our practice of hiring local skilled staff when possible to conduct both small and large projects. Through utilizing the skills and knowledge of our supervisors, we are able to manage crews in any location under any circumstances. The utilization of local staff ensures that the projects wealth is redistributed into the community.
